Express 1-2-1 Video analysis

Service Description

Using the world-renowed Swim Smooth stroke analyis methodology, recognised by British Triathlon and World Triathlon, I will identity the key points in your stroke that are holding you back and give you drills to work on to make the continued improvements. You will start the session in the pool, swimming your relaxed freestyle stroke whilst I video you from different angles. We will then review the footage and discuss areas of strength and improvement in detail. This session is a reduced version of the full stroke correction as I don't get you back in the pool for the second time. You do, however get a summary of the drills you need to work on, and the specific areas of technique that might be holding you back. You will still also receive a full video file of everything!

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation to be eligible for a refund or reschedule. By booking this service you agree to be filmed whilst swimming, above and below water. You will be given access to this footage for your own review and training purposes via GoPro indefinately. You agree for this footage to be used for training and coaching purposes in 1-1 analysis sessions but it will not be used in social media. If it IS used, we will ensure that there are no identifying marks on you which allow you to be identified. Please also note that this session is run by a single coach, and there may not be immediate additional help incase of an emergency. There is no defib on site. Emergencies will be dealt with by mobile phone and emergency services 999. If you have any health concerns in this regard you may wish to reconsider your booking, or speak with Alison about any issues.
