Online training plans
If you are pretty self-sufficient, on a budget and just want an off-the-shelf training plan, I have a few listed on TrainingPeaks for running, and triathlon, also strength and conditioning.
These are listed directly through TrainingPeaks.
You just have to download the app, create an account for free and off you go!
