Service Description
Following the Swim Smooth™ methodology of coaching, I am planning to start a 90 min swim squad on a Friday evening for those of you who want a structured, coached and challenging swim session. You can expect to receive some coaching tips but mostly an effective workout with like-minded individuals who love swimming. You will work hard, within your ability and this will be for all levels of swimmers (but you must be able to swim 2k freestyle) You will need fins, pullbuoy and paddles to get the most out of this session Your goals can be fitness, racing, fun, technique or just camaraderie. Its the swimming that brings us together. This will be From September 2024 and will be £60 for a pack of 10 sessions and £12.50 drop in
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Any class or session cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be forfeited and should be paid for by the client. If more than 12 hours notice, a full refund is given or the session is credited, or you can reschedule.
