Offered ONLY immediately after our weekly swim squad, for squad members, this snapshot analysis of your freestyle stroke will give you an invaluable insight into what you can improve on. Taken from 4 angles, I review the footage remotely over the weekend, and give you a 10-20 minute summary of where you can make the best improvements, and how. You will receive two video files: 1. The raw footage of your swimming 2. The voiceover feedback and stroke correction advice.
