Weekly run group for all levels, as long as you can run 4k. This session involves aerobic & VO2 intervals, hill repeats and steady base training sessions, including a structured warm up and cool down. Everything we do is aimed at getting you faster and fitter. I make sure you have a good warm up, with drills and mobility work, before you start the main session. We end with static stretches in the cooldown. You can PAYG but its cheaper to buy 10 sessions at once - you just have to use them up within 11 weeks Sessions are Mondays at 530pm and Thursdays at 930am
Any class or session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited and should be paid for by the client. If more than 24 hours notice, a full refund is given or the session is credited.
