The 10-Week CSS Challenge is designed for swimmers of all levels. Whether you’re racing in open water, training for triathlon, or just love structured progress, this plan will elevate your pace and control. 📅 Start this week. Retest at the end. Track your CSS improvement and see what’s possible. Its designed to include a minimum of 3 swims per week: 1 technique and 2 x CSS sessions. The CSS sessions labelled with #1 are the key, and then you can include any other CSS session for the 2nd one in the week if you are doing the 3 sessions. Alternatively you may have a club session that is more technique focused and off course the Friday night MT swim will be one of your CSS sessions.
