What We Do

As  BTF Level 2 coach and Triathlon Australia Development Coach, Personal trainer, UKSA and ASCA L1 S&C coach, plus Age group triathlete, I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you with your multisport goals.

 

As a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach I can develop training sessions to suit your specific requirements, whether sport-related or just general health and fitness.

At my studio in Mosman Park I have medicine balls, dumbells, barbells, kettle bells, TRX, BOSU and many more bits of equipment to ensure you get a full body workout. However if you are based near Kings Park we can also do an outdoor workout with minimal equipment and your own body weight - also very effective!

You are in charge of how many 45 min sessions per week you would like, so take a look at the options below
